Singer, rapper, and actress Lizzo takes the stage (or tiny ass desk) on NPR‘s Tiny Desk Concert. This past April, she released her third studio album Cus I love You via Nice Life and Atlantic Records. Most recently, Lizzo released the music video for “Tempo” featuring Missy Elliott.

Lizzo began her Tiny Desk performance the title track from her album “Cuz I Love You,” showing off her stunning vibrato. She then went into the fan-favorite “Truth Hurts” before finishing with “Juice” whipping out her flute in the end.

In between sets, Lizzo engages with the crowd hyping everyone up for each song and offers insightful comments. “I just want everyone to remember, if you can love me, you can love yourself. Every single day. If you can love my big, black ass at this tiny, tiny little desk, you can love yourself.”

Lizzo will be going on a headlining US tour starting in August. For more information, check out her official website.
