Calling all female musicians in the San Francisco Bay Area – our friends over at Tricycle Records are offering open submissions for their annual compilation album!
You might remember Tricycle Records from our Front and Center with co-founder Julie Schuchard. Every year, the San Francisco-based indie label puts out a free compilation album titled “Friends of Tricycle Records,” which highlights artists from the Bay Area.
This year’s compilation, “Friends of Tricycle Records Vol. 9 / Babes of The Bay,” aims to create a space for female voices in music and connect women across the recording industry and beyond. This compilation is mixed genre, so all artists are encouraged to apply!
Artists can submit up to two songs through the Tricycle Records website. Deadline to apply is October 14th.
