Talk about groovy innovation.

Luna Lee, a young Korean woman, recorded herself jamming out to classic rock anthems like Jimi Hendrix’s “Voodoo Child” (which she calls “Voodoo Chile”), and Stevie Ray Vaughan’s “Scuttle Buttin’,” on the gayageum, a traditional Korean instrument that can be compared to the zither.

We don’t know about you, but we’ve never seen anything quite like this! Enjoy Lee’s videos below, and visit her YouTube channel here for more funky rock gayageum.
