Girls Write Now, a New York City-based community of women writers, educators, editors, poets, novelists, playwrights, journalists, publishers, and more, is currently looking for passionate women writers to join its community as volunteer writing mentors.

For 15 years, Girls Write Now has provided guidance, support, and opportunities for the next generation of women writers in New York City. With mentors by their side, high school girls develop their creative, independent voices, explore careers in professional writing, expand their use of digital tools and learn how to make healthy choices in school, career, and life.
