Violin

Oxford University music graduate Cecilia Stinton had the opportunity to play a 1666 Stradivarius violin known as the “Serdet.”

The instrument is on display at the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford, U.K., as part of an exhibition showcasing the string instruments created by Antonio Stradivari.

Take a look at Stinton describing what it’s like to play the 347-year-old Serdet violin here.
