Staying healthy as an artist means more than keeping your vocals clean and your fingers nimble. In honor of World Mental Health Day this October, WIM Boston presents Mental Health Awareness for Artists and their Allies, a panel to guide musicians towards resources and information about keeping well during “unprecedented times” — and every day.

Join Women In Music at Northeastern University’s Shilman Hall (Room 210) on Monday, October 24 between 6 pm and 7:30 pm EST for a discussion between licensed mental health counselors, and specialists in substance abuse, family addiction, and adoption. This event is free and open to WIM members, Northeastern students, and the public, and will be live streamed. REGISTER HERE: Events — Women in Music
