Vela Eyes, a S.F.-based female-fronted, indie pop-rock quintet, is prepping for the release of their new EP The Pleasure Sunrise – but they need your help.
The band is approximately $1000 short from their $3500 Indigogo fundraising campaign, funds which will help cover associated costs from the production of their EP.
With a patchwork of influences (Siouxie and the Banshees, Echo & the Bunnyman, Sonic Youth, Led Zeppelin, New Order and My Bloody Valentine), and by fusing elements of post punk, shoe gaze and psych rock, Vela Eyes produces an ethereal and aggressive soundscape.
