Unlock Her Potential Mentorship Program Applications are OPEN!

Music business matriarchitect Sophia Chang’s organization Unlock Her Potential is accepting applications for its 2022 Mentorship Program for women of color.

Inspired by her years moving through the world and the entertainment industry as a woman of color, and by research revealing that very few women of color get mentored or are driven by systematic racism and the patriarchy to not seek mentors, Chang founded Unlock Her Potential to create these opportunities. UP Mentors will share their expertise, experience, wisdom, insights, guidance, and constructive criticism in order to help their mentees develop and advance professionally. Cis, trans, & non-binary, femmes, gender expansive, gender non-conforming, & gender-fluid people are encouraged to apply
