Texas Music Cafe Returns to PBS, Focuses on Local Female Artists

Texas Music Café, a Waco-based television program, will begin airing its seventh season starting January 11th, 2014, on PBS, presented by KNCT Waco/Temple/Killeen. It will be seen Saturdays at 11:00 p.m. throughout Central Texas, immediately following Austin City Limits.

This season and next, viewers can enjoy a whole show about Texas Women Songwriters. The shows will feature blues legends Barbara Lynn and Marcia Ball, Kerrville new folk winner Nicolette Good, GRAMMY award nominee Ruthie Foster, songwriter Susan Gibson, The Voice finalist, Holly Tucker, rising star Marren Morris, and many more.

Texas Music Café can be viewed on KNCT PBS channel 46-1, Time Warner Cable Channel 4, The Pentagon Channel on 46-2, Time Warner Cable channel 1012, Create TV on channel 46-3, and Time Warner Cable channel 156 beginning in January 2014.
