Latin super star Shakira is now the most-liked musician on Facebook with 88 million likes, surpassing the 86 million of Rihanna.
“Wow… I was just told I now have the most-followed page on Facebook in the world! I still cannot believe it!” Shakira posted on her Facebook page. “I always wanted to have a lot of friends but never imagined it would be so many… 86 [million]! So humbled, can’t thank you guys enough for your support. I feel so fortunate to have you.”
Shakira and Rihanna recently collaborated on “Can’t Remember To Forget You,” a single taken from Shakira’s recent self-titled album released March 25. The traditional methods of rendering and listening to music are still very important but tablets for musicians have taken it to an entirely new level.
