Progressive rock band Dianthus released the video for their latest single, “Realms” from the upcoming album of the same name. These twins of metal, Jackie and Jessica Parry are the driving force behind Dianthus. The band name is inspired by the well-known perennial flower, and though delicate like the flower, the sisters bring a fiery, dominant force to the metal music scene.
“The idea and creation of our newest single ‘Realms’ came from pure intuition and connectiveness to the music.” they told Metal Injection. “We wanted to capture a variety of intense moods that resonate with the listener and cut into the dynamic dimensions of our sound.”
Based in Riverside, Dianthus gained notoriety in receiving the “Riverside Pride Success Award” and have shared the stage with well-known bands like Crown The Empire, Dokken, Drowning Pool, The Iron Maidens, Powerman-5000, and Davey Suicide.
