Lucy Dacus Shares Self-Directed Video For Her Song ‘Addictions’

Singer-songwriter Lucy Dacus has released a music video for her single, “Addictions,” which will be on her upcoming and highly anticipated sophomore album, Historian. The visuals were directed by Lucy herself in her hometown Richmond, VA.

Last month, Lucy unveiled her first single off the upcoming record, Night Shift, which has been praised as, “going to be the high bar to hit for guitar-driven, brokenhearted love songs in the coming year” by NPR, and “One of the country’s most brilliant up-and-coming songwriters” from Guitar World. Lucy explains Historian as, “the album I needed to make. Everything after this is a bonus.”

Historian is set to be released on March 2, 2018. You can learn more about Lucy’s music on her official website.
