While performing in Buffalo, N.Y. on Oct. 25, American Idol alumni Kelly Clarkson surprised the audience with her soulful take on Taylor Swift’s brand new single “Shake It Off.”
Taylor Swift’s fifth studio album, 1989, was released on Monday, Oct. 27, and the singer showed appreciation via Twitter after hearing Clarkson’s interpretation.
