Twenty six-year-old pop singer Ellie Goulding was recently interviewed by ELLE magazine to discuss her latest successes, including her tour with international star Bruno Mars.
On preparing for the massive tour, Goulding said she had to pamper herself.
“I took a holiday!” she told ELLE. “It’s a long tour so I wanted to make sure that my head was completely in the right place and that I was going to look forward to it and just enter it with the right attitude and everything. I went away to Tahiti for a week—that’s all I could manage. It’s always nice to have a break before tour.”
Touring with Mars isn’t Goulding’s only success. The British star, who is also an avid runner, recently signed a deal with Nike and is looking to sign more with other clothing companies.
