Beauty Is Betrayal are thrilled to announce the release of their latest single, “Eternity.” The composition of heavy guitars, tasty riffs, and melodic melodies evoke a deep emotional response, connecting listeners with letting go of once was for something new.
“Eternity” was written by Ryan Frost and Bri Cowgill, and produced, mixed, and mastered by Nick Miller. For singer/songwriter Bri Cowgill, the song is an expression of self-awareness and growth:
“As humans I think we tend to love our own misery. We cling on to old habits, identities, and mindsets, because we don’t know who we are without them. With “Eternity” I wanted to share a bit from my own experience of laying down who I thought I was to make room for something new. There is so much joy & freedom being opened to life, rather than a prisoner of your own pain. It’s definitely a battle, but it’s worth the fight.’

The Sacramento-based music project is comprised of front woman Bri Cowgill, guitarists Ryan Frost and Alex Lovato, bassist Jaden Daniels, and drummer Sam Stafford. Founded in 2015, Beauty Is Betrayal is known for its blend of metal, hard rock, and haunting melodies.
Bri Cowgill shares, “Our music video was completely DIY. We were lucky enough to have three videographers come out to film us, then allow me to take their footage and edit the video together.” Bri continues, “As a team we I believe we visually captured what ‘Eternity’ is about. We had a beautiful golden hour sunset to represent hope; and our beautiful night shot to represent the dark times we go through.”
“Eternity” is only the beginning for the band, as they are set to release more music in 2025. Beauty Is Betrayal are scheduled to open for Emery & The Almost on January 16th at Goldfield’s in Roseville, California.
