She Rocks: Mental Health Spotlight with Dr. Kristal Walker, Jodi Milstein, K. Toi Washington-Simon, and Rebecca Trujillo Vest

Join us on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 5pm PT/8pm ET as we put a spotlight on Mental Health month with a panel of fabulous professionals. We’ll explore the topic of health and wellness in the music industry and beyond.

Panel:
  • Dr. Kristal Walker – Dr. Walker joined Sweetwater in December of 2020 as the first-ever vice president of employee wellbeing. In 2023, she was promoted to senior vice president of human resources. With nearly 20 years of working in the organizational and leadership development space, she brings a passion for creating impactful learning experiences that result in personal and professional transformation.
  • Jodi Milstein – Jodi is a licensed therapist and the Founder of RockStarTherapy, a division of her private practice focused on working with music industry professionals, musicians, artists, and bands to improve their professional and personal relationships as well as band dynamics. She is also a member of the Music Industry Therapist Collective.
  • K. Toi Washington-Simon – proprietor of Together with Toi, LLC, is a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), Marriage Officiant and a member of the Music Industry Therapist Collective. During the course of her career, Toi has worked in the music industry but pivoted, making a decision to work with individuals faced with threats to their mental health and well-being.
  • Rebecca Trujillo Vest – CEO/Programs Director/Board President of Pandion Music Foundation (PMF) Rebecca is an artist, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, music producer, spiritual savant, and community leader. Pandit’s goals include uplifting the lives and careers of music creators through advocacy, education, wellness initiatives, and increase opportunities for members of the music community to thrive.
