What is the Women’s Music Summit? Now in its second year, the Women’s Music Summit brings together women of all ages and instruments with artist instructors and industry experts. This 3-day event provides instruction, insider tips, industry expertise and so much more in an environment that nurtures and supports female musicians. This year, the Summit will take place at Musicians Institute in the heart of Hollywood, CA.

Sometimes I forget how unusual it is to speak to a classroom of just women. It makes for a much different kind of a time. I can’t say exactly why it’s different but the exchange of ideas, or information, just seems to happen on a different level. I was happy to be there and happy to pass on what I knew.
