Rag House Records, an all-female, all-genres label has announced it will be hosting the first So Cal 1st Annual Girl Fest, held on Saturday, September 26 at M15 Concert Bar & Grill in Corona, Calif. This festival will showcase more than 21 female singers, female musicians and female-influenced bands of all genres.
Rag House Records created the So Cal 1st Annual Girl Fest to empower, encourage, support and promote female singers, female musicians and all females working in the music industry. The festival will be a one-day event with special guest Soundgirls.org joining in on the fun.
Sound Girls is an organization dedicated to teaching and promoting women working in production. Sound Girls will be assisting with audio through the entire all day event.
Partial proceeds will be contributed to the House Of Ruth, a non-profit housing facility that assists mothers and their children who were victims of domestic violence.
