Singer/songwriter and A Diamond Heart Production founder Vanessa Silberman is back with her latest single, ‘Who We Are.’
The release of ‘Who We Are’ marks the beginning of Vanessa’s latest endeavor – releasing 1 song a month leading up to an album release by the end of the year. ‘Who We Are’ is a return to Vanessa’s trademark sound, drawing inspiration from anthemic rock, raw punk, and grunge while exploring mixing elements of pop and hip hop production.
In her true DIY spirit, ‘Who We Are’ is entirely self-produced, being engineered, programmed, performed, mastered, and mixed by Vanessa. ‘Who We Are’ is also the first release on Vanessa’s new subsidiary label/clothing brand, Success Records.
On top of recording her own music, Vanessa has been quite busy working with a multitude of other artists, including Carissa Johnson (who just released A Thousand Restless Thoughts, that Vanessa produced & recorded), Sharkmuffin (demos), Ana Becker (of Catty), The Damed, The Second Civil War, and Rosie Slater (of New Myths) Expect new music from all in the coming months.
