Hailing from New Jersey but making their way into New York’s underground scene, The Nectars are coming in strong with their single and music video, “We Will Run”. The track is off their debut album, Sci-Fi Television, set to be released on June 1.
Filmed in their hometown in New Jersey, “We Will Run” is a nostalgic, bittersweet tune. Singer Jessica Kenny explains that, “Our music video for ‘We Will Run’ is a love letter to simpler times. A tribute to the New Jersey of our youth. A wish for a better world. We wanted to capture the feeling of running away with your friends, escaping the monotony of daily life and believing in each other. With the long, balmy, summer days ahead we have our souls set on nostalgia. We Will Run, together.”
