Women of NAMM and NAMM are proud to announce the return of the WoN Summit
Now in its third year, the summit is an intensive two-day leadership immersion experience designed to support women working across the industry.
Women of NAMM and NAMM are proud to announce the return of the WoN Summit, taking place October 17–19 at NAMM’s headquarters in Carlsbad, California.
To be considered for the WoN summit, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- at least five years of experience working in the industry
- seeking opportunities to expand leadership and professional abilities
- be at a manager level or higher
- work for a NAMM member company
In tribute to the memory and lasting impact of industry philanthropist, business leader, wife, and mother, Diane Martin, donations made in her honor to the WoN fund will contribute towards offering a one-time scholarship to the summit for applicants who express the need. To be considered for the Diane Martin Women of NAMM Leadership Summit Scholarship, applicants are required to provide a short essay in their application.
