How do you love through the darkness? How do you find joy in sadness? Dance through the chaos? How do you process through layers of pain? Can we “just” shake it off? In this month’s Self Love Exodus workshop will be holding a safe space to be with the darkness, giving it our attention, and discovering how we can bring our love into the darkest of places we see outside and within ourselves. As Self Love warriors, we are committed to honoring the dark, especially within ourselves, and not turn away from any part of ourselves that needs to be seen with care, no matter how uncomfortable it is to face.
