D.C. Electro-pop trio SHAED releases their new EP, Melt, on July 27th via NYC’s Photo Finish Records. The six-song EP showcases lead singer Chelsea Lee’s powerfully expressive vocals and stick-in-your-head melodies alongside the unique electronic production of twin brothers Spencer and Max Ernst.

The first single from the EP, ‘Trampoline’, premiered on Live Nation’s Ones To Watch and is currently available on all music streaming and purchasing outlets.

Says the band:

It’s been almost two years since we released our debut EP. In that time, we’ve experienced so much – between all the touring, meeting new artists, moving in together (yes, we all live together), and getting engaged… a lot has changed. Throughout that time, we’ve been writing and recording – the highs, the lows, the in-betweens. This Melt EP touches on all those wonderful and complex experiences we’ve shared. – SHAED

Melt comes on the heels of the band’s 2016 EP, Just Wanna See, which drew praise from multiple media outlets including Billboard, NYLON, The Washington Post, and more. Since releasing that record, SHAED has toured with artists such as X Ambassadors, Jacob Banks, Marian Hill, VÉRITÉ, Bishop Briggs, Coast Modern, Sir Sly, and more. In addition, the band has made appearances at Billboard’s Hot 100 Festival, Summerfest, Mamby on the Beach, Electric Forest and Firefly.
