Two-time Grammy award-winning singer Colbie Caillat offered a moving performance of her song “Try” during the 2014 Billboard Women in Music event in New York on Dec. 12.
The track, off album Gypsy Heart, shines a light on the expectations society has for women, and tells women they don’t have to “try so hard.”
Caillat will be honored during the 2015 She Rocks Awards in Anaheim, Calif. during the NAMM show on January 23. For tickets and more information, click here.
