The career development center at the veritable Berklee College of Music in Boston, Mass., recently posted a hefty document containing salary ranges for a variety of music industry positions in the United States.
For women, this document comes in extra handy when negotiating salary because it’s known that they are often paid less than their male counterparts. Sadly, this applies to any industry.
The good news is, the next time you walk into a job interview you will have hopefully read this useful document prepared and fully vetted by Berklee, and will be able to negotiate the salary you deserve.
