Earlier this year, the WiMN had the opportunity to visit the Taylor Guitars factory in El Cajon, Calif. Our experience there was nothing short of awesome.

The facility offers free, guided tours to the public that kick off at TaylorWare store, where guests have the opportunity to test out the latest Taylor guitars and shop around for memorabilia.

The tour takes guests through the steps of guitar construction, from wood selection to final assembly. And yeah, we couldn’t help but swoon as we walked by the factory floors noticing how many women took part of the guitar-building process!

Many thanks again to Taylor Guitars for opening their doors to us to give us this wonderful tour. Enjoy the photo gallery below, and visit www.taylorguitars.com for more info.
