Audio news site KVR Audio and The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) have teamed up to announce the grand prize for the KVR Developer Challenge 2018, which will include five cash and software prizes along with admission, hotel, and travel accommodation to the 2019 NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA on January 24-27. The event allows anyone in the music industry including the press, manufacturers, musicians, and retailers to showcase and test out new audio software.
Entries for the KVR Developer Challenge are open until August 30, 2018. To enter, simply create a new, original audio plugin that will benefit the audio community. KVR members will be voting on submissions based on the criteria and will be announcing the winner in October. For more information on the contest and KVR Audio check out their website.
