Women’s Audio Mission’s First Conference for Women in Audio at Capitol Studios

Women’s Audio Mission (WAM), a San Francisco-based nonprofit dedicated to the advancement of women in music production and the recording arts, is presenting the organization’s first-ever recording arts conference for women in Los Angeles on June 9, 2018 at the legendary Capitol Studios.

WAM @ Capitol is an immersive recording arts conference for women featuring some of the country’s top women engineers and music executives, including sound engineer Marcella “Ms. Lago” Araica (Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Madonna), COO of Capitol Music Group Michelle Jubelirer, Vice President of Capitol Studios Paula Salvatore, music producer/songwriter, Shakari “TRAKGIRL” Boles (Jhene Aiko, Luke James), and WAM Executive Director and Founder Terri Winston.

The conference is open to women (transgender and cisgender), non-binary and gender non-conforming individuals. Those interested in attending can learn more about the event, panelists and workshop leaders, and purchase tickets here: WAM @ Capitol.
