Created in 2013 by Fiero Flair founders Kerry & Gian Fiero, who are also adjunct professors at San Francisco State University’s Music/Recording Industry Program, Girl Power fills the void created by male dominated music industry conferences that fail to address the specific needs and challenges of women who work, or desire to work, in all aspects of the music industry.
