L.A.-based Costa Rican singer Meli Malavasi launched a Kickstarter campaign in support of her third album, Girasol (Sunflower in Spanish).
Malavasi was a finalist in the International Songwriting Competition, beating over 20,000 people, and was awarded “Best Female Dance Artist” at the Indie Music Channel Awards.
She is working with the keyboard player and musical director for GRAMMY award-winning Colombian superstar Juanes, Emmanuel Briceño, on the production of her album. To learn more and help her reach her $5000 goal, support her Kickstarter campaign here.
